we went to the moberly store to get new phones & see if we could get internet. we live in the boondocks & cell was spotty & Hughes net was terrible. Tracy & Will were EXTREMELY helpful. these people deserve 10 stars!!!! they explained everything in simple language & that REALLY helps when u are as techno challenged as I am. when we went to set up the wifi,we were having trouble getting it to connect. contacted tech support & was connected with a VERY nice lady name of Nieisha. She stayed on the phone with me for about 4 hours till we got the problem resolved. im sure her patience was tested by having to put up with a non teche such as my self.she also deserves 10 stars & I hope the upper management gives these people a WELL deserved pat on the back. its customer service like this that will keep us U.S.cellular customer for a looooooooong time.lol. we will be telling all our friends & anybody that will listen about this experience. there are several people around us here in the boondocks & will be encouraging them to look into U.S. cellular. Again, THANK YOU!!!!!! for your outstanding customer service!

Us cellular store return/exchange policy needs to be updated 15 days is not enough time if issues start happening after and can't exchange or return the defective phone and get my money back that's not fair or right, it's defective for no reason it hasn't been dropped or damaged in any way and having messaging issues, messages don't send messages first time have to tap to send again or my mom will call but won't know until later when it finally pops up on the screen I got a missed call from her phone is lagging badly and all Motorola can do is offer to repair the phone and send it back no refund!

Anyone else upgrade phone plan. To unlimited every day plan and having issues? My plan was upgraded because of upgrading to newer phone. So being no clue when these phones will be in the plan was changed and now with current phones I have constant issues. Anyone else? Current phones are S10 & S10+

I made my way into the US Cellular store not too happy with my phone service. I was lucky to have the Retail Wireless Consultant, Darahn to assist me with my problem. Not only was nice about it but he seem to go the extra mile. I do not know if it's fixed yet but I appreciate the professionalism from the young man. He took the time to look at my phone and answer any questions I had. It seems to be a rarity these days where you can find help like that. I feel confident that if if it acts up again that he will do his best to get the phone right.

My cousin, Ludwick "Hopper" Wiesner, pretended to look after my mother, (who is a recently 66 year old widow,) asked my mom while under duress where my recently deceased father kept his stash of his cash, roughly around $30,000 ostensibly to pay for the funeral services. He pretended to pay out of his own pocket, but he used my dad's money. That's fine. But, he has kept my parents' money, he tried to keep mom's ID and dads wallet. He offered to buy mom a new phone, out of his own pocket, all the while he was using my dad's money and slowly attaching his name to everything; phone service, emergency contact for her new apt, pharmacy, bank account, etc. Meanwhile he changed the locks on her house and, long story short: I called us cellular to find out when her bill was due each month, only to find out that the phone and service fees she paid for out of hers and my dad's pocket is in his his name, thereby making it impossible for us to receive any information on the phone she paid for. I went to us cellular on the outer road and the 2 ladies working stayed and helped us get her a new phone and phone number in HER name. I wish I could remember their names. They went above and beyond to help my distressed mother. I highly recommend this location.

Not a single staff member acknowledge my daughter nor myself during the 56 minutes of waiting to purchase phones. They had 2 staff members the last 20 some minutes talking to each other and still nothing as my daughter already had her case in hand and phone picked out. We decided to lay the items down as the 3rd staff member walked her customer out and chose not to say anything to neither one of us. I have never had an issue with this store until now. And I was there to get 2 phones and accessories?♀️
