You can call ask A simple question about a piece of mail that shows on the app that you’re supposed to get it two or three days later you still haven’t got it and they act like they can’t even ask the postman or even look into it. They try to say just wait it may be coming from somewhere else. Well, it shows on the app so just you can call but get no help.

I would like to thank the Moberly Postal Service. Last Sunday 6-8-2025 I accidentally dropped an envelope in the mail slot with the rest of my mail. No stamp no return address just a blank envelope. I figured I would need to stop payment on the check I had written and write another. A big thanks to the Moberly office for opening the envelope and returning it to my home address.

Likes to pretend that your 10 lb package, in the shape of a box, with glass in it, is a bowling ball. Enjoys rounding the corners of your boxes with your concrete porch. Spends the day breaking items that belong to others. Most of all, likes to ignore issues even when customers attempt to work with them to solve said issues. These issues come from the top. This place needs new leadership.

4th time this has happened, My Neighbor just brought me my letter I had mailed out yesterday from my mailbox. Mailman put it in my neighbors mailbox instead of mailing the letter. From now on so I can make sure, I have to go to the Post office, instead of using something that COULD be more convenient.

Be nice if they actually would deliver my package fits in my drop box at my trailer park but still wont deliver it. They say cant deliver cuz they cant reach delivery spot. My cameras show them jus being lazy.

Second time they have not delivered my dog food because it won’t fit in the mailbox well really that’s no surprise put it by the garage this is ridiculous of course dog food is it gonna fit in the mailbox. Last thought how about getting out of your car doing your job

Had 2 packages that was supposed to come to my apt last week. They wasn't even delivered to my apartment. I spent a whole week trying to get it because it was delivered to the wrong house across town! Just called today and they pretty much told me contact who that packages was coming from and have them sent me another and that they wasn't able to retrieve the packages. I have had nothing but trouble getting my mail or sending it out. Told me they don't ever have problem, all the other people ik that work in a post office says this post office always has problems and it a mess! I wouldn't mind it I didn't get my mail once in awhile but it's almost all the time. And this time it was super important mail! Not at all happy with this post office.

Have mail we are supposed to sign for but carrier doesn't bring to door for us to sign for. Just leaves the notices in mailbox that if we don't answer door he will leave at post office. Lazy carrier I guess. Seems like thats par the course on government employeesUpdate: now I have overheard him telling my neighbor he hangs out with on the clock my personal business about what we get in the mail while they joke about it!!

Mail is taking forever! I ordered a pink mouse for my laptop and it's suppose to delivered by or around 1pm it's now 2:40! Where is my mail?!
