Awful customer service. Everyone here has an attitude. I'm no longer going to come here after this last prescription. Told me it would be 10-15 mins. I waited that, then went inside to give my new ID card. Figured that would be easier in person rather than at drive thru. Told me again it would be 10-15 mins. They just make stuff up. Awful, Awful, customer service. Woman rolled her eyes at me and immediately got an attitude when I told her "that's what you told me 15 mins ago." Do yourself a favor and just go to Walmart. Or ANYWHERE ELSE.

wait times for prescriptions and the drive thru are actually insane, when I got my inhaler for the first time I literally sat there for about an hour while i waited for them to literally grab my inhaler and put it in the bag and give it to me, slow with insurance stuff too, shameful

Walgreens is supposed to have delivery on. your prescription My prescription was filled last Wednesday and today is Monday and I still have not received my prescription.
My prescription is a blood thinner. Which I need and I have ran out of them. 5 days later And I have not had them delivered to my house yet I am about ready to find a different place to get my prescriptions If you're Disabled and have trouble picking up your prescriptions Don't depend on walgreens to get them to you on time When I call them They are blaming it on doordash Well I say if they have that much trouble getting doordash To do their job then Walgreens needs to find a better way.
To honor their delivery I have to add That someone from the store ended up bringing my Prescriptions to me Which was very nice of them I hope they get their problem figured out with doordash

I stop dealing with Walgreens FU years ago. Because they never could keep my anti. Seizure medicine and stock. Even after I have emphasized time and time again. They would never order the medicine and do Vance and always make me wait until the point of being out. Tonight I went in to get a COVID test for a friend and when I arrived at their house. They already had one. I went back less than 30 minutes later to get a refund. The guy working the counter asked Bethany if they could do returns on COVID test. She said, as long as it was unopened, they would do a refund. The guy working the counter tried to return it twice, and it failed to do so. I told him you probably needed to refind it to the card. I used. Bethany piped up and said. Walgreens wasn't doing returns. I told her that they needed to make customers aware as these were expensive and I didn't need it. She got attitude and told me they didn't have to tell me anything. I truly hope someone will speak with Bethany about honoring what she says. Or at least looking before she speaks on a matter. I also hope someone will address the way bethenny talks to customers. Just horrible.

Every staff member I have encountered at this pharmacy is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They all act like they hate their job there too. I had my screaming, sick baby with me and 5 staff members just kept walking by, not acknowledging me while in line. Then when I did get someone’s attention, they were so rude when I asked a legitimate question regarding dosage for an infant. Would not recommend to anyone!

If I could only give them a half a star, I would I was waiting in line to pick up a prescription when I was not helped and another customer was sitting waiting was allowed to go ahead of me because she asked was hers ready

Customer service was awful. Was lied to over the phone to come in and get a product that was told they had and they did not have it.

Refused to fill my prescription. Kept telling me that I needed “authorization” to have this particular script filled. Was for non narcotic pain management post surgery and because of their utter ineptitude I had to wait three days after the surgery to have it not filled by Walgreens and had the script moved to Sam’s health mart where they had ZERO issues getting script filled. Not first time dealing with criminally negligent Walgreens customer service idiots and pharmacy staff that seems to be high on the supplies they have as they have issues just counting pills. If you foolishly decide to utilize this pharmacy you NEED to count your pills, especially narcotics, before you leave counter because they get pill counts wrong constantly.

Only come here bc insurance requires meds to be filled here. Biggest inconvenience: the drive thru!!! No one should ever wait 45 mins for 1 person in the drive thru. If their medications are not ready, make them pull to the back of the line. PLEASE!

Fast and convenient
