“We recently purchased four batteries for our motorhome, and the service we received at the Monett O'Reilly Auto Parts was outstanding. Assistant Manager Dallas installed all four batteries for us, which is no small task. Although it was close to the end of his shift, he stayed nearly an hour late to ensure everything was completed before our camping trip.
Manager Tommy also took the time to come outside, introduce himself, and make sure we were taken care of. Both Dallas and Tommy were professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service.
We truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend the Monett O'Reilly Auto Parts. Thank you for going above and beyond!”
“All of the staff were extremely friendly yet professional. They fixed the problem immediately and did not seek to find problems that weren’t there. Very honest people.”
“I had a wonderful experience today, my first visit to this store. I usually shop at the Aurora store but this was very convenient. Thank you for the wonderful customer service especially since I wasn't used to its floorplan.”
“Haven't picked up my car yet so I'll have to post a second experience for this place . So far it's been a great experience. I was walked through what they were going to do given a good feeling that my car was in good. Hands. I can't wait to pick it up and see how good the job is. Thanks A23”
“Great store great guys, know what they are talking about and are there to help. Better than "O" Other guys 😉. The only thing to mention is Google maps will take you to the old location, the current location is farther west and you may have to ask for what you need because a lot is behind the counter.”
“Very clean shop. Very helpful people. Had a tire issue. It was taken care of quickly, properly, and very reasonably. In my opinion and being a retired auto tech, it is my opinion, A LOT of the negative reviews I read are from folks with over expectations or are just plain ignorant about proper car care and repairs (which probably goes with the territory geographically). LOL.”

“Truck repairs turned out good, nice job. Small hiccups but nothing that couldn't be over come. When repairs went longer than expected owner gave us a loaner and it was much appreciated. I would go back for more work and do recommend them 👍”
