Maybe I should try again. I went in here to see if they had a hallmark card in stock. They did and as I grabbed it, the cashier hollered at me across the store they were closing soon. I walked into the store about 12 minutes before they close and she said nothing to me. I checked out 9 minutes before they close and she was making a huge deal about having to sign back into her register and how they close in 1 minute and everything was already tallied for the night. I offered to return the cards to their shelves and come back another time but she just scanned the it items and was just rude about it. I understand it was close to closing but why didn’t she say something as I walked in if her register was already closed? They close at 6 and I checked out at 5:51. The pharmacy attached was already closed and pharmacists long gone. I’d rather drive somewhere else than being given a rude attitude when I was just trying to make it easier for her. I should’ve just walked out and left my items at the register…..

I asked for them to pull a prescription from another pharmacy. They stated that since I wasn’t in the system that they couldn’t fill it. They told me to call somebody else. Horrible customer service. I will do exactly that contact another pharmacy.

I had my son’s prescriptions transferred to Bruners at the beginning of the year. I haven’t needed any until this week and I called Wednesday to get a refill. The gal on the phone told me no problem and it was ready to go. When I went in to pick it up, they told me that it wasn’t actually there, but that I had picked it up in January and not paid for it. I was completely taken aback as I didn’t recall ever getting that medication there and most certainly wouldn’t just leave without paying. Apparently, his script was expired and while they offered to fax his doctor they told me they would have no idea when I could get it. I went home and checked my box and as I remembered, my last box wasn’t even from them. I called back to find out why they accused me of not paying when I had never picked any up. Again, they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. I called the old pharmacy and they took care of it right away. Don’t accuse your customers of not paying for their medications when you are clearly lacking communication in your office.

All customers are not treated the same. They refused to fill my prescriptions unless I moved all my prescriptions to their pharmacy.

The pharmacy is quick and easy to use. They also have very nice, helpful, and friendly staff.

The ladies that work here are very experienced and good with whatever you may need. The only thing I don't like is that their items are partially expensive and sometimes out of budget. But they still have great products.
