THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! GO TO MEEKS!
Horrible customer service, was on hold for more than 30 minutes while i can hear laughing and personal conversations between employees. As a former employee I can confirm that this happened because the employees as Customer service desk were laughing and joking around and not giving any thought or care to the customers at all. I cant even begin to write all the negatives about this place. First the conflicts of interest in this place is other worldly. Employees give contractors massive discounts on products that the contractors are using for the employees house, property, Etc. mostly Larry. Second the training about safety that is crammed down the employees throat that the employees are required to follow every day is not followed by the store manager, assistant manger, or dept. leads. The store manager with his cronies walk the store with the highest paying customer every day and will bring a CUSTOMER into employee only areas EVERY DAY where forklifts and other machinery are being run at all times. multiple times i myself have had to stop on a forklift and could not get my work done because a customer was in the warehouse where is was strictly forbidden for a customer to be (according to their own training). this has been an issue that is still talked about employees at this store, only that none of the employees can bring the issue up because they are afraid of repercussions. this store is terrible through and through. I can sing praises of a few employees that have worked their butts off making sure that at least a few customers are satisfied (with no help from management) such as Rick in stocking, Mike in Electrical and Dave in Plumbing those are your real rock stars at this location not the management. I will storm the fiery gates with a water pistol before me or any of my contractors do business with this lowes ever again. If corporate would launch an investigation into this store they would be saving lowes hundreds of thousands of dollars and that just what ive seen with my own eyes.

Don’t have anything left in the lockers, they don’t work at all! Had to wait to get stuff out of there from employee that didn’t know how it worked. So the main boss came to get it out.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever I needed it. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it a breeze to find exactly what I was looking for.

WARNING ⚠️ Great place but 1 star So this is seen… be vigilant to who works for your company…soon you will find out a employee that works for you Donald Adamson is a child predictor proof was given some time ago by his own daughter to Monett police department… He has bought explicit child videos and pictures over 300 found on just 1 device… this is a warning ⚠️ so you don’t feel blind sided when they are finished getting what they need to make the arrest… Feel free to email me if you would like proof and that will NOT include any illegal images or video of children only pictures of his gmail and his search history.
