“Very clean shop. Very helpful people. Had a tire issue. It was taken care of quickly, properly, and very reasonably. In my opinion and being a retired auto tech, it is my opinion, A LOT of the negative reviews I read are from folks with over expectations or are just plain ignorant about proper car care and repairs (which probably goes with the territory geographically). LOL.”

“Doug was fair and knowledgeable. Price was less than I’ve paid in KC Dealership shops and the personality of the business is much better. Happy owner, happy employees, and a lot of customers who were greeted like friends or family. They did oil / fuel filter on an old diesel Mercedes for me, all good. I recommend these shop highly if you’re in the Monett area.”
