“Our car broke down and we called several U-Haul dealers and no one had a truck and car hauler . I different dealer told us the monett location had them . We drove an hour to the Monett store and the had the trailer but no truck. Once the staff there found out our problem and how someone else sent us there . They quickly found a truck and made it right for us . They went above and beyond for us . I appreciate all they did for us .”
