I am not even sure, since he doesn't share his name, if he has ever been an actual renter at our storage facility or not. I have actual renters who have been at our center since 2005 and 2006 that have never mentioned a bug problem. If he had been a renter at our facility and told us of a problem I can assure you that we would have looked into it. All facilities have issues. The key is whether they are ever addressed or dealt with. Thanks to our real renters for giving correct stars and letting us know of their concerns.
