I have been here 3x in the last year. The only good experience was the first time. The last 2x with bringing 5 children to get shoes for everyone the staff stand behind the counter and say can we help you...we say yes looking for dress shoes for everyone they say what size? We answer well for the older girls 13 and 1... and they say oh second row blue box for that one and the row your in has those shoes. No coming to show or assist at all. When you have a large family trying to purchase shoes for everyone total of 7... they need someone willing to come and actually assist. We wont be back due to this lack of actual assistance. I understand if busy but two workers just standing at the counter talking to eachother and no concern for customer aside from asking if need help but they're not coming over just go to that isle. Twice this was my experience both times with multiple kids, both times just stay at counter.
