  Hardest place to work in Monett! But the atmosphere is amazing! Our safety guy Mark and Jeff are constantly checking up on us (several times a week) to help us make steel buildings as safe as possible.   I recently got hired here at Steel Tech as an IT specialist, and let me just say the people here really represent the company's values. At first I thought maybe it's an act, but the more days added on I saw people really are what they seem they are.... And that's good people.
