The sales team were very tenacious to get my new phone set. Even with some glitches they had to overcome. Good employees.

I went in to upgrade my phone. The staff was friendly and handle everything for me. It took about one hour for everything to get transferred from my old phone to the new one, but I was able to leave and take care of a few other things in town and then come back.
