Took my car to the auto center to get a oil change and tire rotation. After 1 hour of walking around I get called back to the auto care desk only to tell me that they did not do the oil change because they don't carry my filter and even though we bought all four tires at that Monett Walmart a month ago they said they would have to still charge me for my tire rotation because they couldn't show in their computer where I bought the tires. I will just start going somewhere else from now on. I do not recommend this Walmart

I can say this Walmart is better then Cassville, Mo Walmart. You get better help and the lady's are a lot nicer here.

Unfortunately, we've been shopping there for many years since Walmart has essentially forced other small stores out of business and the Monett community has been reduced to only a couple of grocery stores. It shouldn't be that we have to use an app to locate items on our list, or have to navigate around the large carts for the grocery pick-up orders. If you're in Barry county Missouri, make the 20 minute drive to the Cassville store, or the 10 minute drive to Aurora. They're cleaner, brighter and their selection is better...since Walmart is about your only option, just bite the bullet.

Usually I go into Walmart to mind my business, get what I need and get out. The 2 times I’ve gone there this week I felt judged and have gotten stared at by one employee who I’m not sure if she’s new or not. But the first time I saw her I was trying to get what I needed but I guess whatever she was telling the employee she was talking to she really didn’t want me overhearing cause she kept stammering suddenly and looking over at me until I got out of the section and then I could hear her suddenly be able to form full sentences again. I may be going to price cutter to avoid her from now on because that’s extremely unprofessional for an employee who looks like a grown woman.

I dislike shopping at Wal-Mart VERY VERY MUCH. Never have an item after you try it & want to use it again. Most staff act like we are in their way & about run you down getting where they need to go. I will shop at Rameys, go out of town, or shop online to avoid going to Wal-Mart & I do not buy their fuel at all.

Update: pharmacy was remodeled and it looks terrible! The new employee that was helping me she was lost. Spend over half hour trying to figure out what to do. They need more training before they let them go on their own. It got better most of the employees are eager to help
