The old mailman was literally drunk all of the time, and we deliver mail to the wrong mailboxes. The new mailman that replaced him is too lazy to get out of his vehicle to deliver packages. Instead, they make you drive all the way to the post office, which is always a hit and miss on whether or not they are open.
