More of a complaint against their website, but I can't find a place for comments on the website. Looking for a product that the website said they had 5 left in stock at this location, couldn't find it anywhere and asked the cashier who didn't know what it was and said they had never stocked it. Complete waste of my time. It's ok if you don't have the product, but don't waste people's time with lying, crappy advertising.

The assistant manager River had been tearing up and down the aisles trying to make sure everything was good! I asked River for help finding some essentials and he found it for me and helped me even find a way to spice up some of my meals extra and if River sees this, the tajin was an AMAZING CHOICE! You should go here to get GREAT customer service from him

No Air Conditioning for customers??? Its over 85° outside. I cant imagine how bad it is for workers who are there all day. In my 5 minute shopping trip I was starting to sweat.

Always big carts stacked with items that are not yet stocked...the carts block whole sections of items and are in the way. One new female employee is rude. And I do not understand the self checkout/turned not self checkout... I need a cashier to help me but I scan all the items myself... ? I asked if it's a self checkout she says no.

Crowded isles but several people were restocking merchandise, a beverage ending chore for this store. Prices were good on a few items.

I've been coming here for years. ! Its a bit crowded with rolltainers and uboats but they try so hard to keep things stocked someone is ALWAYS stocking but it is the only "real" store in Moscow so its almost impossible to keep up with the amount of customers they get. The staff is absolutely amazing. ! If they don't have something on the shelf you can always ask and they will figure out if they have it in the back. ! I've never had a bad experience shopping here sometimes they're out of certain items and apologize. There is a reason why they're always busy, the staff at this store is the real MVP of DG.

DG needs to hire overnight stockers period! They need more and better staff to keep up with the demands of this store. But it beats having to run to Troy, MO when we need things!!
