“I have my mail delivered to my box at the UPS store in Troy, MO. I have an issue with the United States Postal Service delivering mail while on vacation even though I filled out a hold my mail card (this happened several times). My mail is safe at the UPS store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean. I especially appreciate when I make my yearly payment in full that I'm given 15 months rather than 12 months.”
