“Went from family doctor here in mound city to Rogers. Got a Zpak steroid and inhaler. Told 30 minutes. One person waiting before me. Of course they are doing phone in orders. As a customer in front of you in person. They should come first. It did take that long and Lisa Coker came and got me in my car. Pharmacist was very helpful as they did not have my inhaler on hand. Calling another Rogers in St Joseph for husband to pick up today.I will need to add: they were supposed to send my RX to st Joe this am. Now 4 o’clock. Called MC they had me call St Joe. St Joe had nothing. Krissy from st Joe called MC to get everything taken care of. These two pharmacies need to sync on line together to make things go smoother”
