Don’t bank here!We are Not at all happy with the customer service at this bank Rude and not helpful.They had a company update on a Friday , didn’t inform anyone, we contacted our employers as our direct deposit that is always posted on time by our employers was not showing up as deposited. After reaching out to our employers we were told that they absolutely did process payroll as usual , sent us copies , we called the bank and they stated its because they are running some updates and that it’ll show up on Monday ! Thank goodness we didn’t need to access our $.It didn’t even show up until Tuesday as posted.Terrible communication, terrible customer service.Currently looking for another bank.

We've had nothing but problems with this bank. Staff needs more training. One lady even deposited $1000 of mine into someone else's account. Always triple check your deposit receipts people! They shut off my debit card "by accident" and couldn't turn it back on. I had to get a new card.

Absolutely the worst bank ever. They do not give customers common deceny and call. They have turned off cards without notice multiple times. They canceled the account without notice this time. Worst bank ever do not go here. They do not know what they are doing.

I tried to open a checking account and they said they needed my social security card because my social "doesn't come up with my name". I went home and called social security and they had no idea why the bank would say that as they have no way of knowing that and that their software is probably faulty. Which was a relief for me because I thought my identity could have been stolen. So either their software doesn't work or they entered the wrong social, either way they lost a customer

Great bank who cares about the community. They are always willing to help individuals and businesses anyway they can. Lobby and drive thru employees are very helpful too!
