I visited Brad’s for the first time in a while. The employees were helpful and friendly. They've also made some nice improvements to the store. If you haven't been there recently, I recommend checking it out—you won't be disappointed.

I would NEVER spend money here. I got 2 scoops of mulch and figured it and it should have covered a little less then 1/2 the area and it covered maybe 1/8 of the area. It was maybe a regular scoop that and they said it was 2 scoops. Very unhappy at spending the money for it. Don't suggest you get anything from here especially scoops of stuff. And I did call and they would do nothing. Money not well spent at all.

They have u haul and I rented a truck for 4 days with the use of 100 miles
Took it back the next day and they refused to refund me what I had coming to me
Said I had to fight it out with u haul called u haul
And found out I had a $80+ refund coming that they probably would of kept,done with them refused to be ripped off
Be careful renting u hauls from them I sure won't anymore

Reserved hay trailer a week ago and had someone go to pick it up and they wouldn't let them pick it up.I called and they said I had to pick it up went to pick it up and they said it wasn't for rent. Beware it's not Brad's anymore . New owner sucks never had any problems in the past rented skid steer and other things like the jack hammer, sewer drain cleaner trailers etc Will not give them any rental business or anything else. PS. Figured up what I spent last year and it was over 2800 dollars plus little things like bolts,toys,minor things.I know 2800 may not seem alot to some but when you try to help local businesses and they shit on you that's why they struggle. Could have spent that money with a big box store and got more for my money.

I love the staff they are super friendly. The merchandise is high quality. They have a friendly kitty that wonders around and is really friendly. I recommend this hardware store.

This guys is an actual POS. We’ve tried to give him multiple chance as a business owner because I know things can be stressful but whenever he has tried to get us over on $50 for a U-Haul hitch we had to buy for his truck so we could haul something with his U-Haul and then he wouldn’t let us return it??? We actually had to get U-Haul involved. They said they would be more than happy to take that tow credit to their U-Haul account. They just need to talk with the manager Brad and his manager manager at the time refused to take the phone from me. When I told U-Haul on the phone that they refused to take the throne from me to talk about this, he asked me where I was located and then proceeded to call the phone store as to which they had to answer and then they took the hitch back, and gave us our money. It’s a bit ridiculous. We bought a hitch from your store to use for your truck because the truck we was using had recently been stolen from you guys and you hadn’t put a new hitch on it and then whenever we got back you tried to say that we couldn’t return that hitch because it had been used. Also tried to call today to get an estimate on how much it would be to use their UPS service. I told him I was just gonna be using one of those padded envelopes no more than a foot-long. The package wouldn’t weigh more than five lbs and I had the address I needed to get it shipped to in Pennsylvania and he went off on me, saying that he couldn’t give me a price when I know they can manually enter the weight and what not.
