“We called Billy's about a week ago when my in laws hummer broke down our on 95 and they were very prompt and even beat us to the spot. The driver (I think his name was Caleb) was super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend this company.”
“McKinley’s Body Shop helped me after I had purchased a newer used car from a dealership that had been previously (and improperly) repaired. They went over everything that was wrong with the car and determined it was not safe for me and my family to be riding in. They wrote up a summary/report of everything wrong with the vehicle and I was able to take their report and the vehicle back to the dealership to get my money back.
They also installed a new set of headlights for me on another vehicle I owned. I would highly recommend them!”
“I was very happy with the work and feel like I was treated very fairly. This would have been a perfect opportunity for a greedy or dishonest mechanic to do unneeded work or pad the bill, but that didn’t happen. Chris took the time to do some diagnostic work too, and let me know about some future problems that might come up. “Service was great ?Your company is going to be caught for price gouging, along with other retail companies. Note even the federal government came down on Exxon, over $91 million in profits this last year.Note the force of cheaper gas. The gouging throughout is way more than enough to cover fuel cost and salaries.As a Marine, I am not proud of our people being taken advantage off. As a person with a business degree, I don't participate, in the unethical application to our society.God bless”

“I was devastated when I hit a deer after owning my new car for only 3 weeks. We were forced into buying it since my husband had just totaled our other car.
But I have to say That Chris at Ratterree's made my PTSD melt away. They took such great care of both me and my car. It looks like new. I will use them for all my car body needs. Hopefully not in the near future. They even mounted my new license plates for me. Thank you Chris!”
