This branch has the old school hospitality where they act like they care not because management tells them to put on a smile but because they really want to help. Jim the branch president is by far (this coming from someone that worked at a bank for 5 years) one of the best banker/branch management I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Do yourself a favor and go here for banking.”

“This occurrence actually started yesterday when I needed to get some cash and wanted large bills but the bank was out. The girls, including Shelby at mountain grove, were very helpful and apologetic. Shelby even tried to see if another branch could fill my request - they could not. Today, I came in to get a cashier's check. Shelby is always so friendly and helpful. At the same time Sharon was taking care of running deposits for myself and my son. Love yhe mountain grove branch!!! We should have been banking with them from the first day we moved here.”
