“I was very happy with the work and feel like I was treated very fairly. This would have been a perfect opportunity for a greedy or dishonest mechanic to do unneeded work or pad the bill, but that didn’t happen. Chris took the time to do some diagnostic work too, and let me know about some future problems that might come up.
