I went through the decor was amazing left very little to the imagination. Can definitely tell that the rooms are well thought out and complete. The detail in some of them is surreal. The ticket booth was very polite the doorman was very much the spirit of the place or the hype man if you will. A couple of the actors when I had to slow down to avoid joining up with another group was very polite and kept me entertained during the wait. Had a wonderful time and for 20 to 25 dollars depending whether you go with regular or vip I would definitely say it's something to atleast give a try if you haven't been but I am definitely going again. I usually don't do reviews but I seen on Facebook a lady had an issue and I wanted to prevent negative people from negatively impacting what to me seems like a great well managed business. If you go through just try to have fun treat the workers like you should just respect people.

This is by far the best haunted house in the area, and it's all inside so they are open rain or shine!! The props are second to none and the actors do a great job scaring the dookie right out of you!! Most nights there is either no long line or at most a small wait unlike other haunts in the area! You have to go and check it out for yourself!!

Katherine Escue I’m sorry your daughter broke her glasses but when your daughter came through the room your fiancé had your daughters face into his chest and they came through the room running so he could of broke the glasses by adding to much pressure because her glasses were under the table in the farmhouse and far as chasing them after they left my room it didn’t happen and there is lights all through the factory and I was the one that showed them the way out

First of all. I’ve worked at a haunted attraction for 11 years. I have never experienced such a wonderful scare such as Fear Factory! One thing about having a haunted attraction is the safety and satisfaction to our costumers.Fear Factory has dark rooms, loud noises, and lots of jumps scares. It is my advice that you cautiously make the decision to approach such a scare. If you enter the Factory AT YOUR OWN RISK you are fully responsible for what happens inside the building.I have never been to a haunted attraction that guides your through with lights or arrows. This most definitely takes away from the scares. We do have multiple exit signs throughout the building for your safety to exit. Please ask any of the employees. They are more than welcome to be helpful to you. Please remember the actors sometimes can’t hear or see well due to the environment around them. If you have an emergency please turn on your flash light and approach an actor. We have had several occasions where people have been escorted out. We have never had a problem getting them to a safe location. We hope you come join Fear Factory for a scary experience. Please remember if you don’t think you’re able to enter then please do not do so.Thank you

**Well for starters, they have none of the doors or corners or exits marked, not to mention one of the exits being a literal hole in the wall**But also,my fiance and I went tonight,I had already started to have a panic attack once we got in there which I had no clue was going to happen, and it became hard to breathe and when I verbally communicated that,I was ignored completely and the actors continued to scare and mess with me.Once we entered leatherface's room,my glasses fell off my face and we were rushed out by the actor, when my fiance went back to grab them, the actor wasn't very considerate about it.Once I had my glasses back i was crying and shaking and struggling to get my glasses back on,which I cannot see anything without, and as I was struggling and crying, the leatherface actor did not give me even a minute to get my glasses back on,he immediately came at us with the chainsaw again, even knowing I couldn't see without my glasses, this caused me to get scared and try and run away again, causing me to drop my glasses and run into a wall that was impossible to see,as it was black and blended well and I already was blind without my glasses, causing me to end up busting my face and break my glasses by stepping on them in the dark,so needless to say I'm not happy with how I wasn't given a minute to be able to see again before he chased after me and caused me to get injured, and how one of the clown actors acted rude and was trying to scare and push us out because he acted annoyed by me hyperventilating and having a panic attack where I could not breathe,I left there with a giant welp on my cheek that bled thats turning into a black eye and absolutely ruined glasses. I have worked a haunted house for 8 years and even I know that's not how customers should be treated.

My daughter and fiance just left there and she got injured because an actor didn't use common sense. She had lost her glasses, already incapacitated, the actor went to chase after her causing her to run into the wall, cutting her face and breaking her glasses. They need to back off when someone is going into a panic attack and struggling to find their glasses.I know it's supposed to be dark inside, but for safety reasons, at least have glow in the dark tape where the corners of the walls are clearly marked to avoid accidents. I have been involved with haunted houses for several years, and this us bad form.
