This is a great bank to be at if you want your money stolen, your accounts messed up, ACHs you cancelled to still pull from your account every month, and complete incompetency from all involved when you try to resolve an issue.

By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. In February 2022 FNBC bought out our account from Arvest, this was without our knowledge or consent. That would have been fine if this bank had any competency, but they do not. I now have no way of accessing our January 31st statement or any transactions before February 8th. I have called FNBC numerous times, and they just say that they are sorry but that they can't help me and tell me to call Arvest. Arvest says that they were given all those records when they bought out our account and FNBC is the one to provide those. Ridiculous!!!! So now, my business has no way of reconciling our last statement or any way of knowing what has gone in or out of our account prior to February 8th. I just tried to call FNBC once more and got the run around yet again. To say I am livid at this point would be an understatement!
