Called Phil to see if they had any units available and they had many. Met the next day and rented it. Unit is clean and the easy to get to. Had a very nice experience.

I haven't had any problems. Unfortunately, there isn't an auto-pay option, so I'm typically late on my payments but he always gets out there as soon as he can. Usually within a day or so, so they I can access my unit.
