Quoted promotion price on iPhone that had been expired 2 weeks.. manger caught the error, no apologyfor associates error. Announced it across the store so associate knew she made a mistake, as well as the other costumers. Very unprofessional.Their was, in my opinion, no costumer service from manager along with a attitude of as kids say these days "whatever".The associate that quoted the expired promotion was much better with costumer service, and I believe the misquoted promotion was a simple mistake. But when I left the store no apology from her either.To say the least a very dissatisfied perspective costumer that will not be in that store again.

From my experience there and I went every day for almost a week to try n fix a complicated phone issue. Most of the staff was extremely unhelpful and replied to everything I asked to call 611 vs trying to help me resolve my problem.

The place was fine. However I never get service with Verizon and the digital helper doesn’t help at all. I was told they helped me switch plans for more data and they didn’t. Supposedly you get more data for 35$ then you do for 40$ ???

Verizon customer service said I could pick up a new sim card for free. Store insists on charging. They said it's because they are not a corporate store. I probably won't do business here.

Thought we made a good deal by trading in 2 phones. Only one problem, we never got credit for the trade ins. When questioned about it they investigated they said. Their investigation found that the young lady we dealt with said my wife and I left with our phones. We left our phones in that store with the manager.They then told me they were done and that was that case closed.I verified through Verizon that the phones were never sent in for credit. I then reported the phones stolen and Verizon shut them off from ever being used on their system again.Contacted BBB and that was a waste of time even though this company has a multitude of complaints.The Missouri Attorney Generals Office was contacted and they went to Verizon. Verizon contacted me and gave me the credit that was promised by those that kept my phones.Sad part is, we were really pleased with the way were treated until they refused to do what they'd agreed to.At Russell the customer is never right. If any Russell folks are wondering, I will gladly take a polygraph test to verify I am not the one telling stories. You've got my number.

I've been in the store here a few times now and each time Shayla has been the most helpful and sweetest employee. She's super easy to work with, she's really understanding & takes time to solve things right.

Ashton at the Russell Cellular store in Mountain Grove, MO was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! She took good care of me and fixed me up with a promotion that I am so happy and fit my financial budget! She is a hard working girl and I will be glad to send my family and friends her way! I wish I could give them less than 1 star. They have the worst customer service and will not return calls. There was a promotion, buy a phone and get a free phone, we paid cash for the one phone then they started charging my monthly bill for the other This has went on for 6 months with them telling me I would get reimbursed. Still no reimbursement and still charging me for the second “free” phone. I do not recommend Verizon/Russel cellular.

When something sounds to good to be true, probably is. After talking with a sales lady in the store, we decided to switch carriers.First - she failed to mention until AFTER opening the new phones and trading in our old ones that we had to purchase 3-4 accessories per line. She said she would go ahead and let us purchase 1 per line instead after I got a little irritated. At $30 each, that was an extra $120 we didn’t plan on spending.Second - we paid $35 per line in the store for activation. No biggie. However, we have our first bill and there is a $35 activation fee for each line?! Here’s another $140 that wasn’t in the plan.Verizon’s corporate office says they don’t charge activation fees in store… so what did I spend that $140 on??Not happy right now at all and I am only 4 days in ?
