“I had car trouble on a long road trip and my hotel referred me to Scott. He took my call late and saw me early. I didn’t stay for him to fix my car because he thought I could make it to my home town, but he offered to fix it when the part would come in the next day. He gave me advice on what to do if the car started to stall and showed me how to work the portable jumper I had in my car. I felt much safer after he informed me of what was going on and what it needed. He even checked to make sure I made it home safe.”
