“I have never been to this location except for today. We went in for our passports and met Lisa and Aaron working the counter. I really was very surprised at the professionalism, competency, and kindness they both showed us as usually, I have experienced the opposite with other post office staff at other locations.They made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. We would come to this location again to receive this type of exceptional quality of service they each provided us.”

“This is my post office of choice whenever I need to visit one in person. I am closer to the Odessa office but vastly prefer the one in Oak Grove. The workers here are so nice and friendly and patient. They never make an issue of answering questions and always offer help. There are two ladies in particular who have always been so kind when I've come in with a problem or complicated shipment. But everyone I've interacted with has been great.
I don't think I've ever had any negative expirences here. I used to frequent Odessa but a few of the employees there were always rude. The first time I stopped at Oak Grove instead and the employee was so friendly and nice, I knew I wouldn't go back. It's been a year now, and if I need to go the the post office in person, I will go out of my way if I have to to go to this one.
