“The most professional parts store I have been in for many a year. I was at one time an ASE master tech, I let my certification expire back in 2000 but I still do most of my own work. That makes me a customer who expects people behind the counter to know what they are doing and can't be fooled by smoke and mirrors used by some people to cover up. The changes in auto parts stores have made them more like big box stores with whoever they can get cheap at the counter and don't expect anyone other than the store manager or at best the shift manager to have a good background and knowledge about the parts they sell.I am not sure why this store is different, but I saw the difference as soon as I started talking with the counter guy. These people knew their business and were willing to give professional service. I commend "Levi" a young man who knows what he is doing and wants to help customers.I recommend you try this store if you need auto parts...”

“I’ve bought about several vehicles in my lifetime, but the dealership here in Neosho has by far been the best experience I have ever received. I am an out-of-state customer from Alabama who went here to pick up a vehicle. I ended up taking some greyhound buses to get there. Carson answered all the questions I had and was very transparent with the pricing. Carson picked me up from the terminal in Joplin and drove me to the dealer. I was out the door within a hour. Colin was great to work with as well.
The dealership did a full oil change, included a full tank of gas, and put on some new tires all free of charge and I didn’t ask for any of it. They just did it.
If you’re thinking about looking at a vehicle on their lot, seriously, just go check them out.”

“I pulled into this auto center with a leaky tire right at 7 PM, as the gentleman was locking the door to close up for the day. He was kind enough to Reopen to take a look at my tire, and found a small tear as well as a nail. He showed me the damage and provided the options for a new tire. They then took the time to put the new tire on for me, and got me on my way within about 30 minutes. There were three gentlemen working in the auto center and all three treated me wonderfully, and provided top-notch customer service. I very much appreciate that they did not close the door in my face because it was time for them to go home. Much appreciated and highly recommend this location!!”
