So within a month of getting my vehicle it started doing this thing where the steering wheel would jerk one way and the car would jerk the opposite direction on its own when I would accelerate. Long story short their mechanic said that it wasn’t safe at all to drive so they switched us to the Best Car they had on the lot, which ended up having issues with the rack and pinion which they agreed to fix and told us that it’d be fixed within 4-5 hours which turned into almost 2 weeks and then got the car back with soot marks on the inside where there was an electrical fire that no one fixed and then the car just quit driving period and I called and called and called them and then they decided to repo it
This is the car mart to go to.
Tayte Noble will get you going in a car and go above and beyond. I would recommend anyone to go there CAR MART OF NEOSHO IS THE ONLY CAR MART I WILL EVER GO TO AGAIN !!! Thanks to everyone there for all your help

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I want to make it clear that this review is only for the Neosho, Missouri Car Mart location, not the company as a whole. Unfortunately, my experience at this specific location has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it’s important to warn others before they go through the same.
From the very beginning, the staff at this location was extremely difficult to deal with. Any time I had questions or tried to work through an issue, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes instead of professionalism and willingness to help. What should have been a straightforward car-buying experience turned into constant stress and frustration.
One of the biggest problems I’ve run into is that local shops in the area refuse to work on vehicles from Car Mart. Multiple mechanics told me the reason: Car Mart doesn’t like to pay their bills. That left me stuck in a tough position when it came to getting the car serviced, which is something no buyer should have to deal with after making such a big purchase.
The harassment from the staff also doesn’t stop once you’ve bought the vehicle. They call multiple times a day about payments, to the point where it feels excessive and unnecessary. Instead of trying to work with you, they pressure and overwhelm you, which only makes an already stressful situation worse.
To add to the list of issues, they refuse to allow email as a way of communication—even though they personally gave me an email address “in case I had any questions or concerns.” When I actually tried to use it, I was told that wasn’t an acceptable way to reach them. That makes absolutely no sense and just adds to how unorganized and unhelpful this location is.
The most concerning issue, however, came when I purchased my vehicle, which was an out-of-state car. By law, they are required to provide the IDOD inspection papers. Not only did they not have them ready at the time of purchase, but when I asked about it, they lied directly to my face and told me it wasn’t required. That is simply not true, and the fact that they would mislead a customer on something that important is unacceptable.
At the end of the day, this dealership is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest. I regret ever stepping foot in the Neosho Car Mart, and I would strongly recommend anyone considering this location to look elsewhere. Buying a car is already a big decision—you don’t need the added stress of dealing with rude staff, harassment, dishonesty, and service shops refusing to touch your vehicle.
Save yourself the headache and stay away from the Neosho, Missouri Car Mart location.
