Personal banking side is decent I haven't checked out the business side (I have a business bank already) I might look into it later on though. The tellers are nice helped me with getting my personal bank setup. Not for sure if there are three tellers or not but I've only seen two and one is helping customers every now and then so only leaving one. On a busy day that would make for a headache for the tellers and a long line.

Tried to start a business bank account and the laid was upset she would have to do her job. Completely unprofessional!! I wouldn’t want my business with a bank where it’s an inconvenience you have to help your customers!!!

We have worked with Rob Higgenbothem for several years, we have had our ups and downs with our credit and finances, we have been very blessed at times, and through the times that were tough they stood with us and did what they could, communication is important and I learned from alot of bankers, but at 52 years of age I can say that someone like Rob, is the best banker. If there is gold in this bank you don't have to look far to find it, thank you Rob. Folks I would not bank anywhere else in the four States if I were you.
