I went there a few times. Very disappointed on how the higher up speak to there employees!!! Both times I went I did get the names of the employees that was talking so rude to there employees like they was dirt!!! I want say it was Teresa & the other was Brenda. As a supervisor of where I work I have never talked down on my employees like they have ever!!! Other than that the other employees was great really sweet there welcome me in when I came in!!! Just very disappointed on your leaders there. Maybe yall show check on them!!!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN LOTS OF SPACE for RVs and Semi trucks!!! This location also has a Subway and McDonald's that were also very clean. Service was awesome!!

Busy place, gas pumps screwy, trying to enter discount code and messed up so hit cancel sale and locked up the pump, after several minutes just left and stopped at Casey's for gas

Top 5 worst showers of all the Love’s I’ve stopped at. No ac in the showers even during summer. Just standing in the shower room will make you sweat. Shower here and you just need to shower again before you get out of the store.

The bathroom was atrocious and smelled like poop and the whole store was being restocked and checked.I couldn't get anywhere.On the flip side the prices were cheaper for gas in my area so that is a plus.

Levi at the loves truck stop was wonderful. He helped us with a minor car issue before getting back on the road and was very pleasant! 10/10 service!!

Love saving money with the ap. I wish I could turn left to get out of my local one but you no longer can since they added the roundabout at 60 and Hammer Rd. Getting out of the lot was faster, but I had to go out of my way to get turned around to go home after getting gas. Guess I'll only go there when I'm headed into Neosho itself from now on.

Clean restrooms, good selection of snacks and drinks. Since it's connected to McDonald's and Subway, there's options to please nearly everyone in your traveling party. Parking lot layout is a little tricky for getting in or out smoothly, but the new roundabout makes getting back to the freeway MUCH safer.
