I purchased a Metabo brad nailer on 4/12/21. Yesterday I was using it to put up finishing trim on my remodeled kitchen. As I'm using the nailer, the bottom of the tray came apart and the safety mechanism got jamed. My local Lowes says they can't do anything to help except direct me to Metabo. Metabo says they will send me a fed ex label so I can send it in to be repaired or replaced. I explained to Metabo and to Lowes that this is a safety issue and I do not want to have this Metabo POS. repaired or replaced. I want my money back so I can get a better made tool like a passload. I was willing to purchase the better made tool at Lowes and spend the extra money but I guess I will now become a customer of Home Depot until Menards opens in Joplin as I am done shopping at Lowes. Just terrible customer service.

Very disappointed with discontinued in store service. In the past I could buy a replacement door lock and have it keyed to match my existing locks. No longer! Guess I'm supposed to replace all my door locks so they'll all be keyed the same! Instead I get to pay a locksmith $45 to rekey the lock.

Rude corporate and local store response. Long time customer will NOT be going back to any Lowe's. You can return items mistakenly purchased for a year if you use a Lowe's card. Only 90 days with your cc of choice. Hard to do during a remodel. This is discriminatory. Bribery to use Lowe's card. See ya'!!! I'll support other local hardware stores and even drive out of town to avoid disservice like this. Need a "0" star choice.

For one thing I don’t think our Lowe’s here in Neosho respects their military at all. Most of the staff that I’ve come in contact with is either incompetent or not very helpful at all. Do better be better is all I can say. I want to keep my shopping here in my community but to be honest I’ll drive the 17 miles to the Lowe’s in Joplin from here on out.

Nathanial in the paint department just exemplified what NOT TO DO for quality customer service. I needed, quickly, to get 3 gallons of paint for the painters at my house, as they were a bit short on paint as they were finishing up the house and trim colors. Almost an hour later, I returned with paint. So much for quick. Nathan was not only slow and proclaimed not know how to use the computer to look up the colors I bought last time, but also had the balls to tell me "a little patience goes a long way" after I was snippy telling him "yes 1 can of the blue color" for the FOURTH time. Literally he could not remember the quantity of 1. So when he asked for the fourth time in a row, I responded "seriously?" I actually thought he must be joking. Then when he told me "patience would go a long way", I was pissed and told him "so would skill". Of course at that point I had a long wait for him to blend my colors. I took the time to speak with a manager who listened. He was patient and friendly and calmed me down. However the one thing he could've done better was not focus on telling me how to bring in the label from the old paint. His solution was focusing on me doing better. I really would've appreciated his focus being on telling me that they care about customer service and that Nathaniel will get some more training and that it should be an easy pleasant process for customers to be return customers.
