Conveniently located. They got us in quickly when I had an emergency with my elderly lab, and have been taking good care of us ever since. The front desk staff and the vets and techs are all great. I just wish I could get them to give me a chance and hire me! ? Great team here that loves animals. ❤️

Love the community and the sense of urgency. I had called on a sick day from work just trying to knock some things off of my to-do list and schedule a visit for my new rescue Roxie. They had her come in the same day, fully vaccinated her, checked her for heartworms, got a flea and tick pill and dewormer. The whole works. Everyone was overwhelmingly sweet and treated Roxie with so much love and care. I'm so relieved to know she's taken care of now. Thank you to all of the staff and for all that they do.

My mother had a very stressful visit to this office with her young pit mix this week. The very first time the dog had been in the office, the vet tech had my mother muzzle him because he had growled at her softly when she drew blood. No problem, my mother understood. This week when he was scheduled to come in for blood work to check for heartworms, they asked my mom to muzzle him before they got started, had her turn him to face the wall with his back to the door, then a very large man jumped on him and grabbed him by the neck holding him to the floor. The dog cried and whined in fright the whole time, the vet tech drew blood and left before the man would release him. They did this to an already muzzled dog. My mom said when she got the dog back in the car he huddled at the back of the SUV laid down trembling and hiding. This is something he's never done before. She said she had anxiety and chest pains the whole time watching this happen. She called my brother afterwards, and he reached out to find out why they had done this. He was told that in the dog's chart it was listed that he was a vicious biter. This is a young dog that has never bitten anyone or had any aggressive incidents. Fear of the breed had them treating him in an abusive way. No animals in our family will be back to their office. If you have a large breed dog, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I will not be coming back to this vets office ever due to the way my dog was handled and restrained by his neck in midair. He was screaming and choking and the vet tech did not care. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.I think I will trust what I was told by my mother. Who is the one that brought my dog in this morning. If a 60 year old woman can control a 60lbs dog there was no reason to handle him in the Mann he was. Yes he growled at the tecks but he also had a mussel on so there was no chance of him biting anybody.
