This is my first time in the store. I don’t know what your store policies are or the rules you have set forward when it comes to your gambling games. I played a game & was wanted to put more money in but not wanting to spend a whole $20 so I asked the cashier for change she very bluntly told no she couldn’t give change back for the games. I have no problem w this but after she told me no she couldn’t so bluntly & not even making eye contact. She acted & sounded irritated that I was bothering her her. But ok whatever but then I ask to buy a lotto ticket & im told no because I’m just trying to get change. Look I don’t need to be talked to by anyone!
Like I said first time in the store I at would have been nice is to be treated as a person & talked to like one!!! She was very rude & ugly & I know I won’t be back.

Great employees but the pumps are old, don't work, card gets stuck, pumps gas so slow it would take all day to fill up my car. I feel bad for the girls working there. Boss needs to get new pumps!!!

The bathroom is absolutely atrocious. It's like a scene from a horror film filled with boogers, urine and germs. We won't even talk about the smell. Wowza.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at Oak Tree Mart in Neosho. The pumps are either out of order, or won’t accept a credit card, or are out of paper and you can’t get a receipt unless you go inside! The cashier’s are rude and obnoxious also.
I live nearby but I will never get my gas there again. I will drive across town to avoid stopping there. This is unacceptable in these modern times.

Bathroom is gross, normally an open gas pump, it's not to bad but definitely not the best.
