Wouldn't just change my nose hoop to a nose stud, I obviously offered to pay for them to switch the nose hoop to a stud and buy the stud. Very rude over the phone and I was extremely respectful and nice. Idk what the holdup was, any other piercing shop will help you put a new piece of jewelry in.

No actual experience but everytime i call they always refuse my tattoo ideals. Its not if they like the idea its the fact of the person getting the tattoo likes it. Completely disrespectful
