We were looking to change cellular carriers when we visited this store. They do not have a free trial period with an esim that T mobile has, but they do have an awesome district manager and sales clerk(Dallas). They took the time to drive down our road and let us know the coverage was minimal at best, furthermore Dallas called me and let me know. They did NOT have to do this. This was exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend even though it did not work out for us.

Both Dallas & Lexi were super accommodating. They worked hard to fix an issue with the photos on my phone. Dallas even looked up additional information that indicated what I was wanting is not possible for them to fix. Yet, Lexi gave me a secondary option that is quite helpful! Thank you for employing such knowledgeable and considerate people.
