Terrible if pulling a camper with a gas engine. They barricaded any means of pulling straight through as originally designed. If there are a lot of cars, it's very difficult getting in or out of the gas pump. For this reason, I won't stop here again and will opt for ANY fuel stop that doesn't block your means of getting turned around or pulling straight through. If they would allocate just one of the big rig pull through pumps to gas, it would be ok, but they're all straight diesel and non have gasoline as an optional fuel.

Just want to give a shout out to this little convenience store right off 49 highway in Nevada, MO. I stopped there on my way home from the lake this past weekend and the friendliest employee ever (blond hair, facial piercings - I wish I'd gotten her name!) asked me if I was a nurse. I stated that I was & asked her how she knew that (I had no badge, wasn't dressed in scrubs, etc.) and she stated I just had that "nurse face." She continued to thank me profusely for what I do, and mentioned that they support all first responders. She also gave me my soda for free!! She was the epitome of customer service! If you're rolling through Nevada, MO & need gas, a snack, or anything else, stop at the Tobacco Shack! It may not look like much but they will have whatever you need plus a friendly smile!!
