“We were looking to change cellular carriers when we visited this store. They do not have a free trial period with an esim that T mobile has, but they do have an awesome district manager and sales clerk(Dallas). They took the time to drive down our road and let us know the coverage was minimal at best, furthermore Dallas called me and let me know. They did NOT have to do this. This was exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend even though it did not work out for us.”

“Went in just to see what we could do about my freshly shattered phone and ended up getting new phones for my husband and I and our daughter (who wasn't with us.) Erica was delightful and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly, listened to our needs and met every one of them. Sent us out the for with our phones setup almost identically to what our previous phones were and explained in detail how to transfer our daughter's. Daughter ended up having an issue but a short visit set back to Verizon and she was good to go as well. Great experience.”
