Bryan Payne in the Service Department is GREAT! I was from out-of-state via phone remotely trying to help a friend of mine with a service issue. Bryan was very courteous and helpful with every call my friend (the vehicle owner) or I made. Bryan communicated everything fully to us and worked with the warranty provider after doing diagnostics and finding the problems with the vehicle. Bryan and his diagnostic team are top level. Absolutely one of the best experiences. Much appreciation to Bryan for his patience explaining things sometimes a couple times separately to either me or the actual owner of the car. Bryan is the type of person you want helping you out in situations like this. Much thanks to the diagnostic and mechanics as well! Thank you! 10 out of 10 service experience.

Service department is amazing and great people I'm from out of town and my Pacifica blew a hose they got me right in and took care of the issue also was fast and very polite didn't take advantage of me from being out of town either great people I would suggest this place to anyone in near or passing through

We were traveling home from our camping trip pulling our trailer and experienced engine problems (as it turned out, the engine was shot!) Fortunately we were able to limp it to the Max Ford dealership in Nevada, MO. After contacting the dealership in Platte City ( where we bought it and had an engine warranty), the Platte City dealership said we had to have it towed there for them to assess. Meanwhile, we had to borrow our S-I-L's truck to pull the trailer home ( but couldn't get that accomplished until the next day. ) Matt and his colleagues could not have been more helpful... offering to store the trailer inside overnight for us for safekeeping! They were so attentive throughout our wait on the first day, communicating with the other dealership, offering to get us food and doing whatever they could to make an awful experience more bearable. I can not say enough good things about the way we were treated and their extreme kindness, thoughtfulness and helpfulness. The character they showed us ( even when we were not going to be adding in any way to their revenue) speaks of the kind of people I would choose to do business with!

We can not express how grateful and appreciative we are of Max Ford service department and specifically Matthew Scoma of the Nevada, MO. We were traveling thru to Kansas City when we ran over something that took out 2 of 4 tires on our 2015 Ford Expedition at 1130 at night. We stayed the night in the hotel across the street and arrived first thing at 730am to request if they were able to replace all 4 tires as quickly as possible due to needing to catch a plane to Canada at 130pm that afternoon. Not only did they have the tires in stock, but Matthew offered to get our car in ASAP so that we could hit the road as soon as possible. Due to their great customer service, quick and efficient service employees, and a wonderful service advisor, Matthew, we are fortunate enough to report that we are successfully on the road again and on our way to Kansas City to catch our flight to Canada. Thank you again to all the wonderful employees at Max Ford. We are most appreciative. Nowadays, all you hear are horror stories and negative reviews, so it is a refreshing change and privilege to get to leave a 5-star review on such a wonderful, friendly business.

10/10 recommend! Trey Hall assisted me and was able to show me cars within my budget. I was able to leave with a beautiful 2021 Ford Escape thanks to Trey’s outstanding hard work and determination! I will 100% be going back when ready to purchase a vehicle.

I was traveling through from Michigan and had an issue with my trailer control. The service writer was able to squeeze me in. The mechanic also found a recall that was never done and took care of that. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

It is difficult to buy a new car. I have never enjoyed the process and negotiations. But when you find someone who is pleasant, confident, and makes the process smooth and enjoyable. Horrible dealership. If I could give zero stars I would, after all I’ve been through with them fixing my truck they still didn’t other the correct parts. They refused to fix and it was all covered under insurance.

Trey Hall was patient and kept great communication throughout the entire car buying process. Trey let me test drive multiple vehicles and ask all questions I had. Trey made sure I was happy with what I purchased and went above and beyond to make it all work.
