Our valve stem broke on our tire and resulted in a flat while we were on our way home to Nebraska. They came out after roadside service failed us.(3 hours of sitting out in90•+ heat) Due to a lug nut needing to be torched off, they took our car to their shop. While they were towing our car, the owner was nice enough to drop us off at a hotel. They picked us up the next morning after being able to get the flat off and putting on the spare. We were then able to get it to the nearest tire shop to get the tire repaired.
