I called to ask if I have to make an appointment for a notary. I hung up after being on hold for five minutes. Customer service with this branch is awful.

30 minute wait today for the drive-up because the ATM was not working. This is the worst USBank I’ve ever worked with. We will be looking for a local bank.

Never ever ever will I go back to this bank and will be switching immediately. I've never experienced such rude customer service anywhere else.
