We went in just trying to get our phones looked at since we had them for a while and we started having some issues along with going out of the country soon so we wanted to see what options we had. Holly never pressured us to get new phones but just informed us we were available for upgrades if we wanted to. We ended up getting two new phones and a IPad. We walked out with all 3 items and our bill stayed the exact same. Holly even did all the math ahead of time and was spot on with the total cost of activation fees and our new monthly bill! She was amazingly helpful. Also got everything transferred over for us. While our phones were transferring she used her phone and turned on Holy Sprouts for our daughter. Itβs a show on YouTube our 20 month old daughter loves to watch. We were probably in there 4 hours and Holly was helpful every minute of it. The entire staff also played with our daughter when we were busy at times! I was so happy to find a store this close to home that had a staff like this! It is now the only Verizon store we will go to! Thank you Holly and Neveda Verizon!

I went in last week and Vreht Chapman helped me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He educated me and gave me the best deals and promotions they had.
