The Fas-Trip in New Haven gets a poor rating from me because of the manager Ann Beste who is a very rude and offensive person. I this the kind of person that Fas-Trip wants to represent their business. I have on several occasions observed Ann being rude and down right nasty to customers and other employees of Fas-Trip. Think that the owner of the Fas-Trip franchise needs to take a long hard look at how this manager conducts herself in the public eye. Alys Land
