“Great service, most helpful,showed great concern for my predicament and went above and beyond to help me. About 1:00am my diesel pick-up with trailer attached failed to start at pump at truck stop after fueling. Called AAA for assistance. BBR towing happened by and asked if I needed help. I asked if they were the assistance for my AAA call. They said that they were AAA but hadn’t gotten the call. They were just fueling up and getting something to eat. They would check back when they were done eating. Tow company AAA sent was unable to handle pick up and trailer. BBR guys finished up their meal and volunteered to take the call. Although BBR did not have the equipment they would normally carry with them to tow both pick-up and trailer they found a way to tow the trailer to safety and get my truck to a repair shop. Bottom line BBR towing had the attitude that they were not leaving me until a way was found to help/rescue me. Highly recommend this company.”
