“The post office in Wright City, MO was AWESOME. We are in the process of moving which has been stressful enough. To file our change of address, we had to go to the post office to have our identity verified. We walked in with email in hand in in less than a minute we were done and on with our day. The staff member was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to happen. This is likely the easiest and best interaction we've ever had with the US Post Office. It was all so quick that I failed to catch his name to thank him specifically.”
