Be careful upgrading a phone in this location. I have done it twice and both times they add insurance without asking, add att next and this time add another home electronics insurance without asking. Its a hassle to get it all removed and I still ended having a few charges I could not get refunded.
Be vocal up front and make sure they give you a invoice in hand as they will try and withhold the invoice.

I had an issue with my iPhone for three days and I couldn't sign into my email and the two young men that were working there, solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. They are truly professional.

My phone was not connecting to wifi and the phone repair shop were going to charge me $200 to fix it and i came to the ATT store and Cody and KJ gave me a $1000 trade-in value and all I had to pay was the sales tax of the new Samsung Galaxy 24. Now i can stream on my wifi with no worrys. Thanks fellas.
