They are very knowledgeable and seem to care about the customers, but had to wait almost 3 hours and had an appointment. Wasn't very happy about that. Otherwise great tires and service.

I came in for an alignment due to negative camber with brand new control arm. They tried telling me I needed new front struts and tires with the alignment for $1,500, which, with negative tire wear, a bad strut seem too make sense. My struts might be getting aged but they are NOT needing replaced. Turns out I just needed to run to AutoZone and pick up a $30 pair of adjustable camber bolts because the stock bolts have no adjustability. Needless too say, If you don’t know exactly what you need, They will attempt to empty your pockets for no reason.

Wonderful experience. Would highly recommend. Landon specifically was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond. My friend and I were 4.5 hours from home and our AC went out and we had some unexpected tire issues. Landon gave us great advice and was so thoughtful and accommodating. They were able to change my compressor and all 4 tires in a timely manner and get us home safely. I am so so thankful for their service and Landon specifically going above and beyond to make sure we made it home safely. 100% would highly recommend!

Chelsea has been extremely helpful, professional, kind, and educative every-time I have seen her at Big O! I feel so grateful to have met someone who always takes the time to explain things to me in a patient way at a shop. I have always had apprehensions with using mechanic shops, but I do trust her and this location ❤️
