BEWARE!!!we rented 2 storages from them and was in the middle of moving out and they cut our lock and stole our stuff. We paid through rhe end of April on both sheds and came to get out last load on April 26th and they had cut our lock off and stole our things. 1 thing was an antique lamp that was worth alot of money. They said that they would pay us for the things that they took, but still haven't gotten the money! We have been trying to reach them about the money or the return of our things but the blocked us! After we paid them over $1800.00 for 2 storages.they STEAL OUR STUFF.

Central location with good hours, allowing for ease of accessibility. Clean units (ours was brand new), with various sizes to meet all needs. Competitive pricing to fit our budget. Finally, excellent service, first from Jeanelle and now from David. If we call or e-mail, they respond quickly and answer our questions and/or address our needs. Storage needs don't always come at the best time, so a positive experience is helpful and appreciated!

The unit we rent was clean and bug free when we looked at it, that was a plus. We looked at other places before we went to Bob's and they had spider webs and you could see the roof leaked. It's very convenient to get in and out of. GREAT PLACE!

My family has rented from Bob's Storage for years. We've seen them grow and upgrade the facilities. The people who run it, and I don't want to name drop, are always friendly and helpful. Just watch out for the guard "cats"! Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I’ve not had much experience with a storage rental facility how wet the little I’ve had has mostly been poor. People seemed very short-answered and unfriendly. My experience with Bob’s Storage in Nixa, MO changed that. Upon searching for a storage unit we wanted something close for convenience. Finding Bob’s was easy as it came up atop the distances for us and I’m delighted it did. After checking for available space I went over to pay and confirm our unit as we needed space quickly. The facility manager was extremely friendly, warm, informative, and very helpful. She explained the entire contract and details of the various spaces offered. I made my decision which I was unsure if I’d need a larger space and she told me to not worry and that if this wasn’t accommodating they’d happily move me to a larger one. A very different experience compared to history for me. Accessing the facility security gate and navigating the site is very easy. The facility is always clean and never obstructive. I’d recommend Bob’s Storage to anyone needing small, medium, or large storage. They are the best around!

Always clean and well kept. Any issues (which are rare) are quickly resolved - usually with a simple phone call. Do wish the gate hours were longer but that’s the only suggestion I would have.

Competitive pricing and friendly service. Bobs is quick to return a call if needed. Previously there were some issues with getting into the locked area of the storage unit but they have since replaced the main key pad and it works great now. Currently am renting from them while I am gone for school and I have not noticed any issues with leaking. Janine the administrator in the office is super friendly as well!!!

Bob's Storage hasn't disappointed at all in the 4 years that I have been renting a unit from their business. Bob and his wife are the nicest people, they run the business and provide real human customer service...You won't get automated messages or anything like that from them.

I stored my travel trailer at Bob's Storage from late February to Late April 2023. When I arrived to get my trailer and take it home, I started hooking up the trailer to my truck and I smelled gas, and when I pulled the propane tank cover off I discovered one of my propane tanks was gone.I called Bob and told him what happened, Bob said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. When I asked about security camera footage Bob said that his cameras only kept 7 days footage and he wouldn't be able to check the footage until the following Wednesday (it was Saturday when I called).Bob didn’t do anything to try to make it right, Bob’s storage failed to provide a secure place for me to store my travel trailer. Bob demonstrated he doesn't care if the property you store at his facility is stolen. I'll never store my stuff here again.
