Had to get my son’s iPhone screen fixed. Pricing was very reasonable, only took about 10 minutes or less to fix for me and the staff was super friendly. Son’s phone is like new again. I would definitely recommend going here if you need your device repaired.

So, I had an external HD go out that coundn't be read by a computer, so I called, he said he would work on it for an hour, 150 an hour, and would stop after an hour if it wasn't fixable. He also said he would have to break it open to fix it, then confirmed he would definitly have to break the clips it was so old. No problem, I only want the content. I also took in a brand new external HD to transfer to if needed. When I dropped it off, he said it would be 80 an hour after the initial hour, something like 2 more hours, I paid 150 up front. He says he'll start on it in a couple of hours, this is Monday. I don't hear anything, so call Tuesday afternoon, and he says he hasn't started yet. A week goes by, 8 days, and yes, it was 4th of July week, but I go in the following Tuesday after hearing nothing, he says he still hasn't gotten to it. I say thats fine, I'll just take it with me. He brings both, untouched, and says we're good. I remind him of the 150, and he says he worked on it and I wanted something for free?? I have worked in restaurants my whole life, so I know when somebody wants something for free, not what I wanted. I also know when somebody is trying to rip me off. Nothing was touched or worked on, the HD was in the same condition as when I dropped it off. He tries to tell me he didn't need to crack the case, and he could fix it if I left it with him. He did nothing, if he had worked on it and could fix it, then why didn't he fix it? Why did he bother putting it back together? Again, it hadn't been touched, and the brand new HD hadn't been opened. This man is a thief and a Liar.

My ipad has been with them for 19 days. They say it's in Aurora for repair and that it will be "returned today." They've said the same thing for three business days in a row and at this point I just want the iPad back.
